The room was clean and sufficiently sized. i appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby, a very nice touch. the hotel's proximity to the ostbahnhof made exploring the city very easy. breakfast offered a rich variety with fresh and tasty bread. I loved the fresh bread!
i found the pillows to be firmer than i prefer, it was a minor inconvenience.

the breakfast buffet provided an excellent start to the day with a lot of variety. i really enjoyed the assortment of fresh breads and pastries available. the food was AMAZING!!!

The staff was generally very helpful and hospitable, very friendly, and always available. antonio at the restaurant, especially, was professional and attentive. He deserves recognition for his hard work and dedication.
